Working with Chris was amazing. We were buying and selling and did not know where to start. He was very knowledgeable with not only submitting an offer (during multiple offer situations) on our new home, but also what needed to be replace/fixed in our older home to sell. Both were very successful as we won with out of 4 multiple offers and we had 8 offers on our old home. Chris helped us get preapproved before we started looking and set us up with a real estate lawyer so all was smooth. He is very good at looking for what’s important for sellers and buyers to get the deals done, and quickly. I am also 9 months pregnant and he handled all the stressful situations and made them less stressful for me, I can’t say I did the same for him. Truly a pleasure to work with.
